The site is hosted by webhosting.be. The domain name is managed by Gandi.
What we collect
This site only collects what you enter yourself:
- Quotation form: name, phone, email, estimated number of guests, your message and, if ticked, your newsletter consent.
- Newsletter form: your email address. A confirmation email is sent; without clicking that link your subscription stays inactive.
- Brunch booking: the form sends you to lafabbrica.be, where the booking is completed.
This data is processed to answer your request, draw up a quotation and follow up the commercial relationship. It is stored in the lafabbrica.be database, run by the same company, and is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
We rely on providers acting solely on our behalf: our hosting provider, SparkPost for sending emails and Brevo for the newsletter.
Cookies
Two kinds of cookies may be used:
- A technical session cookie, required to secure the forms. It needs no consent.
- Audience measurement cookies (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), set only if you accept them in the consent banner. If you decline, no measurement cookies are set and the site works normally.
Your rights
You may access, correct, erase and port your data, and object to its processing. Write to event@lafabbrica.be. Every newsletter also carries an unsubscribe link.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
