Nestling in the heart of Tour et Taxis, this unique venue, L'ANNEXE, is available to meet the needs of groups looking for a room for half a day, a full day or an evening (with or without catering).
The venue is also supplied with professional sound and lighting equipment. In addition, features such as a wireless microphone, 2 screens, 2 projectors and Wi-Fi are available when you hire the room. So it can be adapted to suit all types of event.
L’Annexe spans 125 m² over two levels. It accommodates 30 to 120 guests for a cocktail reception, 80 seated and 60 if you plan a dance floor.
L’Annexe can be booked Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 4am.
L'Annexe offers a wide range of possibilities:
Four formulas to choose from: with full catering, with bar management, drinks only, or dry hire if you would rather organise everything yourself.
The hire covers 7 hours and includes dishes and furniture, sound system, microphones and Wi-Fi, as well as water, gas and electricity. Additional hours are charged on top, until 4am.

L'Annexe opens for the Adult Only brunch, for guests aged 16 and over, on Sundays and selected Saturdays, as well as for private events. Outside these occasions, it is not open to walk-ins.
The package is €53 per person and is reserved for guests aged 16+. During the two-hour slot it includes the unlimited sweet and savoury buffet, three live show cookings and unlimited drinks: Prosecco, fresh orange juice with pulp, homemade lemonade, detox water, homemade iced tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte with cow's or oat milk, teas and herbal infusions. Time slots are 11am–1pm and 1:30–3:30pm. Book your time slot online.
L'Annexe offers an unlimited sweet and savoury buffet with its own selection, complemented by three live show cookings: Baciata with truffle stracciatella, pasta prepared to order in a cheese wheel and freshly made tiramisu. The chefs perform the show cookings every 30 minutes. An extensive selection of unlimited drinks is also included.
During brunch season, La Fabbrica and L'Annexe welcome guests every Sunday, with an annual summer break. If L'Annexe opens on a Saturday, the available dates appear in the booking calendar.

La Fabbrica offers a lively, family-focused Kids Friendly experience with a large unlimited buffet and children's entertainment. L'Annexe is quieter and cosier, reserved for guests aged 16+, with its own buffet selection, three live show cookings and a more extensive drinks package. They are intentionally different brunch experiences at Tour & Taxis.
125 m² on two floors, with a bar, a professional kitchen open onto the room and a mezzanine that connects with La Fabbrica. L'Annexe has its own entrance, and a corridor links it to the glass roof of the Royal Depot.
Yes, by the half day, the full day or in the evening. Set up for meetings, it holds 40 people, with two screens, two projectors, a wireless microphone, a lectern and Wi-Fi.
L'Annexe has its own entrance, right next to La Fabbrica, Avenue du Port 86C, on the Tour & Taxis site. Two short videos, to share with your guests, show the way: by car and parking, and on foot.
Yes. Both La Fabbrica and L'Annexe can be configured for a dance party with a DJ and have suitable sound systems. A dance floor naturally reduces seated capacity — at L'Annexe, 60 seated guests instead of 80; our team determines the best layout according to guest numbers and the programme.
The closest car park to La Fabbrica and L'Annexe is P3 Anna Boch, a paid underground car park entered from Drève Anna Boch; P1 Picard, Rue Picard 13, also paid, is larger. Both are often full during major events. Two short videos show the way by car to La Fabbrica and to L'Annexe. Coach parking is available on request. Buses 14, 15, 57, 88 and 89 stop in front of the site, trams 51 and 93 serve Sainctelette, a five-minute walk away, and a free shuttle runs from Brussels-North station on weekdays.
Yes. Both rooms are wheelchair accessible and the ground floor is step-free. Some areas can only be reached by stairs: let us know your needs when booking so we can seat you in the best place. Accessible toilets are available on the Tour & Taxis site: ask at the bar and we will arrange access.
Yes, on request: please mention it when booking. Some of the meat on the buffet is already halal-certified, such as the chicken drumsticks and the beef in the meatloaf and bolognese sauce. As pork is also served, the buffet is not entirely halal: our team will show you which dishes are suitable on the day.
